Do I need to be home?
No, and most of our customers are not. You can leave a key, a code or a lockbox, and you get a text when the team arrives and when they finish.
Do I have to tidy up first?
No. Put away anything genuinely private and leave the rest. Time spent moving your things is time not spent cleaning, so a clear surface does help.
What about my dog?
Tell us about them when you book and we will note it. Our teams work around pets all day; we only ask that anxious ones be shut in a room.
What if I am not happy with a visit?
