Measure
A designer measures your actual opening and walls, and takes the photographs the fabricator needs.
Make
Your tub or base and its wall panels are made to those measurements, in the finish you selected.
Prepare
We protect the floors and the path in, and set out everything the install needs before we start.
Install
One crew, usually one day. Old surfaces stay in place; the new ones fit over them and seal.
Inspect
We walk the finished bath with you, test it in front of you and hand over the written warranty.

How long does it really take to install a new tub or shower?
Most installs are finished in one day. Add a second day if you are converting a tub to a shower with a new door, or if plumbing has to move. We give you the number in writing before you book, not on the morning we arrive.
Do you fit over the old tub, or take it out?
We fit over it. The existing tub or wall stays in place and becomes the substrate, which is what removes the demolition, the dumpster and most of the schedule risk.
Is there any grout to clean?
No. The wall surround is one piece with no seams, so there are no grout lines to darken or re-seal. That is the single thing customers tell us they notice most.
What does the lifetime warranty actually cover?
The fixture and our installation of it, for as long as you own the home. You get the document at the final walk-through โ ask any installer to show you theirs before you sign.
Is this ever the wrong choice?
Yes. If the subfloor is rotten, if you are moving walls, or if you want full tile, you need a traditional remodel and we will tell you so at the measure rather than sell you the wrong product.
How much does a new bath or shower cost?
Most of our projects land in a band we will quote you exactly at the free in-home measure. We do not give a price over the phone, because a price given without measuring is a number somebody changes later.
